The training learned at Military Children's Six Leadership Training Academy extends far into a student’s future. They learn how to work effectively in a team. When students are enrolled in the Military Children's Six Leadership Training or Academy, they benefit from Colonel Adrienne Schaffer's (Ret.) thirty-Four (34) years of military service, and experience. A wide spectrum of diverse staff, former military officers and leaders, and top-notch professionals with real-world experiences give every student the opportunity to become the next generation of leaders.

Private military academies are usually not known for being inexpensive schools to attend. Often, they are boarding schools with high yearly fees associated with them. There are some, however, that feature day programs or weekends like MC6 for those who live nearby.

What Training is considered Specialized Training?

The MC6 Specialized Training consists of the following:

What is Operation Reprised?

​

Operation RePrised in partnership with coalition partners to intervene in and reclaim the lives of 15-18-year-old high school dropouts, producing program graduates with the values, life skills, education, and self-discipline necessary to succeed as responsible and productive citizens. This is NOT a boot camp, detention, or treatment facility.

 

What is ICRT?

Innovative Community Readiness Training (IRT) is a collaborative program that leverages military contributions and community resources to multiply value and cost savings for participants and the community.

 

 

What is MC6 Military Readiness Mission and Training?

The MRT mission provides real-world training opportunities for potential servicemembers to prepare them for wartime missions while supporting the needs of America's underserved communities.

MC6 Military Readiness Training is about preparing the next generation of leaders to the degree to which the military can meet various demands is determined by the building, improvement, and sustainment of its military forces. As a result, upholding military readiness will ensure that the most efficient practices are implemented. Ensuring readiness is valuable to meet the demands of the military.

 

MC6-LTA's eight-core components comprise the “LeaderSkill” training phase: academic excellence, life coping skills, job skills, health and hygiene, responsible citizenship, service to the community, leadership and “followership,” and physical fitness.
